Communication to Appointees & Approvers
Later today, UCI Central Payroll will send communications to all ASEs (AIs, TAs, Readers, and Tutors), GSRs (including GSR Trainees and GSR Fellows), Postdoctoral Scholars, and Academic Researchers with an active TRS assignment, reminding them of their TRS reporting responsibilities. Communication will also be sent to the designated timesheet reviewers/approvers for these appointees, advising them of various resources available to them as they navigate and report time within TRS. Reporting is required for all active assignments.
Support & Training Resources
UCI Central Payroll has various resources available to support employees as they navigate and report time within TRS. Resources are also available to support timesheet reviewers/approvers (supervisors) as they navigate, and review time reported within TRS. Lastly resources are available to support Department Time Administrators as they navigate, review, and submit time reported for payroll processing.
