TRS Upgrade: Clear Your Browser Cache
Sent to All Campus Employees, Including College of Health Sciences on July 11, 2024
Earlier this week, UCI released a major cosmetic upgrade for the Time Reporting System (TRS). This update did not introduce new system functionality but instead focused on user accessibility improvements. While the graphical interface was upgraded, the core processes for creating, submitting, and approving timesheets is unchanged. Other UCI timekeeping systems were not impacted by this update.
Action Required: Clear Browser Cache
Following this upgrade, users may encounter issues if their internet browser has cached an older version of the HTML and JavaScript pages. To mitigate this issue, it is recommended that all users clear browser cache prior to accessing TRS. Instructions for doing so are below:
