UCPath November Release

The UCPath Center, partnering with UC locations, successfully deployed the November 2024 Roadmap release into production over the weekend. This release is part of planned improvements released three times a year to the UCPath application to provide improved processing and efficiency. It also enables UCPath to make future improvements.

The November release includes enhancements to how our campus and UCI Health hire and run General Ledger (GL) processes. It also assists with inter-location security maintenance.

The November release projects include:

• Automate security deprovisioning (inter-location)
• Direct entry enhancements (now called Manage Human Resources)
• Rewrite GL assessments – local
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for UCLA Health and UC Irvine campus and Health
