The COVID-19 Expense Tracker Worksheet used as part of UCI’s COVID-19 Cost Recovery effort was recently updated. All organizations should immediately begin using the updated worksheet, which now includes columns for KFS document numbers. The worksheet – which is used for both labor and non-labor expenses – can be downloaded from the COVID-19 Cost Recovery website.
Non-Labor Expense & Lost Revenue Deadline for June
All UCI schools, divisions, and other organizations should submit their monthly COVID-19 Cost Recovery tracking worksheets for non-labor expenses and lost revenue for the June accounting period on Wednesday, July 1. If this is the first time you are submitting worksheets, you may include expenses dating back to Jan. 20, 2020. Excel worksheets for non-labor expenses and lost revenue can be downloaded from the COVID-19 Cost Recovery website.
Worksheets should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only non-labor expenses that cannot been tracked with the “COVID-19” project code and lost revenue need to be submitted. Labor expense worksheets for the June accounting period will be due on Wednesday, July 15.
Thank you for your assistance in this vital process. Tracking this data will allow us to report this financial data to UCI leadership, the UC Office of the President, the state, and other stakeholders. Data will also be used in submissions for federal and other agency funding.
If you have questions, send the COVID-19 Cost Recovery team a message at email@example.com.
