COVID-19 Non-Labor Expense & Lost Revenue Deadline

All UCI schools, divisions, and other organizations should submit their monthly COVID-19 Cost Recovery tracking worksheets for non-labor expenses and lost revenue as soon as possible if they have not already done so. As a reminder, the deadline for submitting both worksheets for the May accounting period was June 1. If this is the first time you are submitting worksheets, you may include expenses dating back to Jan. 20, 2020, in this worksheet. Excel worksheets for non-labor expenses and lost revenue can be downloaded from the COVID-19 Cost Recovery website.

Worksheets should be submitted by email to covid-cost-recovery@uci.edu. Only non-labor expenses that cannot been tracked with the “COVID-19” project code and lost revenue need to be submitted. Labor expense worksheets for the May accounting period are due on Monday, June 15.

Thank you for your assistance in this vital process. Tracking this data will allow us to report this financial data to UCI leadership, the UC Office of the President, the state, and other stakeholders. Data will also be used in submissions for federal and other agency funding.
