Department Time Administrators (DTAs) must submit all timesheets for the Dec. 15–28 pay period no later than noon on Friday, Dec. 20. Failure to do so may result in the employee’s pay being delayed. DTAs should expect timesheets to go into PPS Error status when they are submitted. This is OK and is the result of the UCPath conversion. These timesheets will not be processed in PPS. Instead, they will be migrated to the new UCPath version of TRS on Dec. 28.
Timesheets with the following statuses will be migrated as long as they have been submitted in TRS by the DTA deadline at noon on Friday:
- SUBMITTED_TO_PPS (EDAT)
- SUBMITTED_TO_PPS (LX)
A status of PPS Error will not affect our ability to migrate the timesheet from Legacy TRS into UCPath TRS. If you have any questions, please contact TRS@uci.edu.
