Connexxus Access During UCPath Transition

Campus travel coordinators should be aware that the Connexxus travel portal will be temporarily inaccessible to newly hired UCI employees after Dec. 5, 2019. Employees hired after this date will be able to get access to Connexxus starting on Jan. 4, 2020. This temporary inaccessibility is required to allow for the transition to UCPath, our new payroll, benefits, and HR system.

  • Existing UCI Employees should have no issues accessing the Connexxus portal during the cutover to UCPath. Regardless, we recommend that you book travel in Connexxus as early as possible for December 2019.
  • New UCI Employees hired after Dec. 5 will need to contact their department Travel Coordinator to book travel as a “Guest Traveler” until Jan. 4, 2020. The travel coordinator will need to collect traveler details such as name (as listed on passport or license), address and birthdate to input into the travel system for reservations.
