Initiators of Intercampus Transfers (ICT) must now complete the new "UC Campus" tab before submitting the e-document. Users should fill out the tab with contact information for the department at the other UC campus.

This information—along with the information from the explanation box—will be emailed to the accounting department at the other UC campus to help them apply the transaction to the correct account. It also helps UCI's General Accounting division to match up transactions with our bank.
Tips for Completing the UC Campus Tab
- Enter in the contact information for the department at the other UC campus.
- If you have the accounting information for the other campus' department, you can enter it into the Full Accounting Unit (FAU) field.
- Additional details of what the transfer is for can go in the Email Body box.
